This guy is gonna be hard to take one good photo of... and this is most certainly not giving you everything...
But! Here he is... my attempt at Alice's Gryphon...
(I'm making a tiny Alice right now... so he makes more sense).
He's fully posable - wings, neck, ears, tail, legs, arms, back.. He can stand on two legs - I used no less than six types of faux fur - three colors of feathers from four different boas... and making him made a serious mess...
I'll be back with more images of him.

Has a longer, leaner, build than what is seen in a lot of art of the species. A look more of the leopard, cheetah, type as opposed to the lion type. Suits a flying creature. True, yes, bird bodies are not long and lean, they have deep powerful chests but this still suits: it is, after all, a mythical, magical, legendary, creature.
And then I wonder if there is enough feline in a gryphon it for it to get stoned on catnip.
Yes, even the big cats of the here and now are affected by 'nip.
